JUST IN:Maxx Crosby gives his verdict on his new teammate

With victories in three of their final four games, the Las Vegas Raiders finished 8-9 last season and persuaded ownership to offer interim coach Antonio Pierce a chance to take over as head coach in 2024.

Star pass rusher Maxx Crosby is taking it upon himself to improve in that area because the Raiders need more leaders to step up on both sides of the ball in order to advance.

Maxx talked on forming bonds with his new teammates on the most recent episode of Crosby’s podcast, “The Rush.” He said, “We do OTAs Monday through Thursday, but Fridays are going to be at the crib.”

Crosby discussed his recent purchase of a beautiful home in a suburb outside of Las Vegas, stating that he plans to make full use of it by inviting several of his colleagues over on Fridays.

In addition to having a basketball court and a swimming pool, he mentioned that he is excited to “work, bond, spend time together, get closer especially before we get to camp.”

In a place like Las Vegas where nightlife can get hectic, spending laid-back Fridays at home foster stronger bonds than spending nights out at the clubs. This is precisely what you want to hear from the greatest player on your defense.

This past summer, Vegas had a lot of personnel turnover as the team lost Josh Jacobs, their standout running back, to free agency, along with quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, Austin Hooper, Bilal Nichols, and Jermaine Eluemunor.

This team could need a night at Crosby’s to welcome all the new men to the area.
