Following their embarrassing defensive performance against the Georgia Bulldogs in the Orange Bowl, the Florida State football team went straight after recruiting offensive lineman Grady Kelly of the Colorado State Rams in an attempt to bolster their front-line depth
Kelly, a redshirt sophomore, who’s listed at 6’2 285 pounds, is originally from Navarre, Florida. This season, he made 35 tackles (25 solo), including 6.5 tackles for loss (1.5 sacks).
Since entering the transfer portal, Kelly has received offers from the Arizona State Sun Devils, Boston College Eagles, Indiana Hoosiers, Kansas Jayhawks, Maryland Terrapins, Michigan State Spartans, Minnesota Golden Gophers, North Carolina Tar Heels, and Texas A&M Aggies, among others.
