Over the past 12 months, the Tigers academy graduate’s reputation has skyrocketed as he has established himself as a vital member of a team that is vying for promotion to the Premier League.
Even if Hull doesn’t make it into the play-offs this season, Greaves might still have the chance to play in the top division. The Daily Mirror claims that Everton is keeping an eye on the dominating defender.
The Toffees are reportedly getting ready to lose Jarrad Branthwaite this summer, as he has admirers at Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur. Everton is rumored to be considering Greaves as a possible replacement for the summer window.
The 23-year-old has previously been connected to Crystal Palace and West Ham United, but a long-term relocation from the MKM Stadium has never happened.
Not only has Greaves shown to be so important to Liam Rosenior’s team, but losing him would be a terrible setback for Hull. He is the son of former Hull defender Mark Greaves and a homegrown star.
This season, he has appeared in 35 league games for the Tigers, missing just one in the Championship.
