There will be a minimum of ten new faces on the Cincinnati Bengals roster, many of whom are likely to make the 53-man roster.
The squad added Georgia tackle Amarius Mims with their first-round selection.
The remainder of the draft was spent by Cincinnati adding to its depth at cornerback, wide receiver, offensive line, and defensive line. With better preparation for the future, the Bengals ought to be a stronger club.
Still, the team has revealed the rookie numbers, and they are as follows. The draft is now almost a week away.
It is noteworthy that Burton is ranked 81st. Terrell Owens wore No. 81 throughout his tenure in Cincinnati, for those who may not remember. The team’s first-round selection, who was selected at number 71, is the other one to take notice of.
All ten of these players have a bright future ahead of them at the highest level of football, and their selection and/or assignment of numbers should only serve to enhance their confidence in that regard.
