Countdown beauty Rachel Riley has split from her millionaire husband after just 16 months of marriage.
Rachel, 27, who partnered Pasha Kovalev in this year’s Strictly Come Dancing series, shocked pals with the news she and Jamie Gilbert were breaking up.
A family friend said Jamie, 31, was “shocked and stunned” and added: “He has no idea where this has come from.
“Rachel just told him they had grown apart.”
No one else was involved in the split, insiders insisted.
One source said last night: “They are separated. Rachel is away filming much of the time.
“Jamie’s stuff is still at the house so he hasn’t technically moved out.”
Maths genius Rachel – twice voted one of FHM magazine’s top 100 sexiest women – married her Oxford University sweetheart in August 2012 seven years after they first got together.
