Here’s the 2026 NFL Draft order after the Maxx Crosby trade fell apart

It truly is March Mad-Maxx-ness.

The Las Vegas Raiders and Baltimore Ravens had an agreement that would have sent star pass rusher Maxx Crosby to Baltimore for a pair of first-round picks in 2026 and 2027. The “had” is the keyword in this case.

On March 10, the eve of free agency, the deal fell apart, leaving both teams and Crosby in an awkward spot. It also pushes the 2026 NFL Draft order back to an earlier iteration.

With the Raiders no longer receiving a first-round pick for Crosby this season, they’re back to just a single selection in the first round this upcoming draft. That pick, the No. 1 overall selection, will likely be Indiana QB Fernando Mendoza when the first round of the draft gets underway in April.

The Ravens also get a first-round pick back, which will be much needed for Baltimore to infuse some more young talent following a disappointing 8-9 season.

Here’s how the NFL draft order looks after the Crosby deal fell through:
