Vikings’ Justin Jefferson gives his verdict on Super Bowl Champion Playmaker

Star quarterback Justin Jefferson of the Minnesota Vikings is headed for the Hall of Fame after starting his career with four straight seasons with 1,000 yards and four straight Pro Bowl selections.

It’s obvious that he has an innate talent. However, Jefferson also acknowledges the importance of a strong support network that has aided him along the way. Free agency wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. stood out among the several names he mentioned.

On April 4, Jefferson stated, “I had a big list of people,” in an interview with presenter Kevin Hart of “Cold As Balls.” Odell was among the largest of them all. For me, Randy Moss is undoubtedly the best. Jerry Rice, Cris Carter, and Davante Adams are just a few of the diverse individuals I had the opportunity to meet upon entering the league.

For a young wide receiver on the Vikings, Carter and Moss are valuable resources.

While Adams is among the top route runners of this generation, Rice is perhaps the best receiver in the game. Still, Jefferson and Beckham’s relationship was notable.

“Odell… was more akin to family,” stated Jefferson. “It was just him playing with my brothers and me being really close to him at LSU.” I can call him and ask him anything; we still share that same fraternity.

In 2011, Jordan, Jefferson’s older brother, was a quarterback for LSU during Beckham’s rookie campaign.

In the latter’s final college season, Beckham shared the field with defensive back Rickey Jefferson, his middle brother.

The 10th season of the show, which airs every Tuesday on Laugh Out Loud’s YouTube channel and Hart’s Instagram, will feature the entire episode of Jefferson’s interview with Hart on April 9.
